Individual Coaching
One-on-one support for personal growth, self-awareness, and moving through the patterns that keep you stuck — we use a custom stack of medicine based on where you are at and what you are working on in a very supported container.

Chelsea & Les
Chelsea and Les have been working with mind and heart expanding medicines for over three years — personally, and in service to others. They have walked the path themselves before ever guiding anyone else along it.
They each completed a comprehensive six-month facilitator training, culminating in an eight-day in-person retreat through Syndeo, and they were also mentored over a one year period and trained to deliver The Connection Experience — a powerful and beautiful couples medicine and coaching experience.
